Celebrate Mardi Gras at our Goods & Services Auction auction2 2.14

Saturday, March 3, 4 - 7 pm, Fogelson Hall

Tickets $9 per person including appetizers and dinner

Open to UU Santa Fe members, friends and their guests

Appetizers, New Orleans Style Dinner, Live and Silent Auction, Trinkets & Treasures, Wine and Drinks Bar (donations)

  

Mark Your Calendars! This event is great fun and supports UU Santa Fe, too. Please register in advance at the table in Fellowship Hall after church on Sunday, or email fundraisers@uusantafe.org. Tickets will be available at the event, but pre-registering will make sure we have enough to eat!

Volunteer! We still need volunteers to help with set-up on Friday, March 2, from 9 am - 3 pm and clean-up on Saturday, March 3 after the event. If you have a couple of hours, please contact fundraisers@uusantafe.org. We’ll get back to you.

Donate to the Live/Silent Auction: We are looking for excellent and unique events, goods and services for this year’s event. To donate, please fill out the appropriate form below or send your idea(s) to fundraisers@uusantafe.org. We will get back to you! Need ideas for donations? – take a look.

What Will Be in the Auction? Check out the preliminary catalog. Want to bid on something but can't attend? Email fundraisers@uusantafe.org with your instructions and we will place your bids for you!

Bring Items for the Trinkets and Treasures tables: Check your closets and cupboards and bring items valued at $5 - $25 that will be sold separately from the auction items. No need to fill out forms for these. Just bring them to church on Friday, March 2, from 9 am - 3 pm or Saturday, March 3, from 9 am - noon.

Preliminary Auction Catalog will be posted beginning mid-February.

Tentative Event Schedule:

3:45 pm               Check in and pick up your bid card or register
4 - 5:30 pm          Silent Auction
5:35 - 6 pm          Live Auction
6:00 pm               Dinner
6:45 pm               Silent auction winner's list posted
6:45 - 7:00 pm     Pay for and pick up purchases (cash or check to UU Santa Fe)

Food & Drink: There will be a variety of New Orleans themed appetizers. Dinner will include file gumbo, Caesar salad and French bread, and we will top it all off with coffee, King cake, and pecan praline bars.


Our drinks table will include wine and non-alcoholic drinks; donations gratefully accepted.
