dramaTHE VP (vagina-penis) DIALOGUES is “Just Say NO!” Enough to Know? Welcome to a performance piece THE VP (vagina-penis) DIALOGUES. From the overture written by Santa Fe’s Alice Ladas, - co-author of The G Spot, the performance is both entertaining and educational, illustrating the universal questions about our two favorite anatomical parts. This piece is all about questions. Audience members are invited to write their own questions, which will be answered in the after-show talkback. What have you always wanted to ask and not had a safe place?

Homeless Shelter Volunteers Needed

Step by step, our community's dream of providing adequate food, clothing, shelter and counseling services for homeless people in Santa Fe is becoming a reality. The Santa Fe Resource Opportunity Center (ROC) known formerly as the Interfaith Community Homeless Shelter or Pete's Pets, now offers showers twice a week and many social services to homeless guests, including counseling and education.

Our Hunger and Poverty Task Force is again recruiting volunteers for the week of February 26 - March 3, to cook and serve dinner, and to check in guests. For each night of the week, we'll need at least eight servers/checkers and an Evening Coordinator. Please stop by our recruiting table in the church foyer - we'll be there every Sunday until February 19. For more information, contact Kitty Sherlock, kcsherlock43@yahoo.com

If you are unable to participate in the UUSCF week of service at the Interfaith Community Shelter but would still like to support the efforts of the Hunger and Poverty Task Force please consider making a donation to the Shelter. Sending a monetary donation allows the Shelter to purchase those items most needed. You may contribute on the Interfaith Community Shelter website by clicking on the Donate tab. One night at the Shelter for a person can be supported by a $20 donation.
