This comprehensive sexuality curriculum is offered to those young people in grades 7 to 9. Jointly developed by the Unitarian Universalist Association and the United Church of Christ, Our Whole Lives (O.W.L.) has 25 sessions. Prior to registering their teens in the O.W.L. program, all parents are required to attend a comprehensive orientation and provide written permission for their son or daughter to attend. Parents and guardians are urged to learn about and prepare their families for this program before their children reach grade 7. Information about O.W.L. may be found from the UUA. The DRE and trained O.W.L. facilitators also welcome your inquiries at any time and can provide more written information about Our Whole Lives.
