We are the Light!

The theme of this year’s Pledge Drive is  a call to action for Members and Friends of UU Santa Fe to join together sharing our talents and resources as we become a shining beacon of light to each other and to our community. We’ve learned from our recent Stewardship Conversations that our congregation is deeply committed to the values of UU Santa Fe through participating in our many activities; by volunteering; and by generously providing annual financial support.
 
Our Board of Trustees has set a 2026-2027 Pledge Goal of $370,000 ($20,000 more than last year) as part of our total budget of $513,000. This budget is about 10% above last year and provides a wage structure for our staff that follows UUA denominational recommendations for salary and cost of living increases. The budget also includes an annual contribution to our capital/major maintenance fund; monies to support our internal and community outreach programs; and inflation-adjusted funds to provide a church home we can be proud of. We are asking our entire community to pledge this year, and if possible to increase their pledges by at least 10%.
