Mark Your Calendars! This event is great fun and supports UU Santa Fe, too. Please register in advance at church on Sunday mornings, use our convenient new Participant Site or email email@example.com. A limited number of tickets will be available at the event, but pre-registering will make sure we have enough to eat!
Volunteer! We still need volunteers to help with set-up on Friday, March 8, from 9 am-3 pm, Saturday, March 9, from 10 am-3 pm and serving during the event and clean-up after. If you have a couple of hours, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll get back to you.
Donate to the Live/Silent Auction: We are looking for excellent and unique events, goods and services for this year’s event. Send your idea(s) to email@example.com. We will get back to you! Need ideas for donations? – take a look.

What Will Be in the Auction? A Preliminary Auction Catalog will be posted beginning mid-February. Want to bid on something but can't attend? Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your instructions and we will place your bids for you!
Bring Items for the Trinkets and Treasures tables: Check your closets and cupboards and bring items valued at $5-$25 that will be sold separately from the auction items. No need to fill out forms for these. Just bring them to church on Friday, March 8, from 9 am-3 pm or Saturday, March 3, 9 am-noon.
Tentative Event Schedule:
3:45 pm Check in and pick up your bid card or register
4-5:30 pm Silent Auction
5:35-6 pm Live Auction
6 pm Dinner with music from our own Lydia Madrick
6:45 pm Door prize raffle (you must be present to win!); auction winner's list posted
6:45-7 pm Pay for and pick up purchases (cash or check to UU Santa Fe, credit cards)
Food & Drink: There will be a variety of New Orleans themed appetizers. Dinner menu is being developed but is guaranteed to be excellent with vegetarian options.
Our drinks table will include wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks; donations gratefully accepted.
