"Somebody ought to do something!" Around UU Santa Fe, that "somebody" would be "us." Participation and leadership on our teams and committees is open to all with the exception of elected leadership and our Justice Team leaders who must be UU Santa Fe members in good standing. Becoming more deeply involved is ever-so-easy; over 74% of UU Santa Fe members are involved in one or more teams or committees, so just by asking someone here "how can I engage?" you have a pretty good chance that whomever you talk to can help you make connections―and our staff surely can! Put your time and talent to use!

Teams

Teams produce the work of our Mission.

Program Council oversees our Program Teams and their activities and priorities. We have four major categories of Teams.
  • Ministry Teams (21% of members participate), nine teams such as Worship, Tech Team
  • ​Community Life Teams (26% of members participate), eight teams such as Hospitality and Caring Connections
  • Justice Teams (21% of members participate), nine teams such as our Community Partner teams and issue workgroups
  • Learning Teams (7% participate), five teams such as Adult and Family Program Steering Teams

Committees

Committees enable the work of our mission.

Board of Trustees (elected membership) oversees our vision, direction, priorities, and our committees.
