For Unitarian Universalism, religious truth resembles a river of continuous and ongoing revelation, interpretation, and conversation – a river that never stops moving and that is always creating great and profound truths out of the interaction of countless ideas and voices. Religious truth, therefore, can never be fully or definitively found in just the words of one person, one sacred text, or even one religion because truth is always emerging, always unfolding, always carrying us along a marvelous journey of discovery and exploration.―Rev. Tim Temerson
